Croydon CCG is coterminous with the London Borough of Croydon in South West London, has a resident population 363,500 and comprises 51 GP practices. The CCG will have an overall anticipated spend of £564m and has a challenging QIPP Programme to deliver financial balance.
The Head of Mental Health Commissioning, will lead the mental health commissioning team in the transformation of mental health services working closely with Croydon Council and the One Croydon Alliance, leading the commissioning of mental health services and implementation of joint strategies in a challenging financial environment.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills, experience of senior level decision making, commissioning, and service redesign expertise in a health or social care environment, strategic thinking and experience of budget and resource management including the delivery of efficiency targets and savings plans.
